Types of headaches and its cures

1. If the headache is in your forehead, you most likely need more sleep.

2.If the headache is on top of your head, you need something to eat or something to drink or both.

3.The headache is at the back of your head. You're stressing too much and you need to stop worrying

4.Face at the front of your headache. That's a sinus headache, either medicine or exercise.

5. If its feels tight rubber band around your forehead. That's a tension headache and you need to get away from the screen and take shower.

6. If all the pain is around one eye. That's a cluster headache You need to get off the internet, get the screen out of your face and consult with your
doctor, especially if you get these often need to stop.
